Calvin Crest has served as a camp and conference center mission since 1954. We are a 501c(3), religious, nonprofit organization. Calvin Crest is called to be a self-sustaining mission and ministry. The following sources provide the means by with the mission is sustained:
- Fees charged for camps, conferences, retreats, programs, events or services
- Mission support from organizations and individuals
- General operating gifts
- Campership scholarship donations
- Designated gifts or donations (to be used for a designated project or purpose)
- Restricted gifts or donations (use is restricted to a specific area, project or purpose)
- Capital Gifts or Donations
- Facilities and grounds improvements
- New facilities, recreation options, program equipment and resources or amenties
- Endowment Gifts
- Donations are invested, only the investment income is utilized so this gift provides support in perpetuity
- Bequests
- Provisions made in an individual's will to provide a gift or donation to Calvin Crest, either one time or invested to
provide investment income in perpetuity
- Designating Calvin Crest as beneficiary in an individual's life insurance policy
- Charitable trusts and annuities

Calvin Crest operates on a January 1-December 31 fiscal year. The Calvin Crest Board of Trustees approve the annual budget and review all financial statements monthly. An independent CPA, retained and paid by Calvin Crest, reviews all finacial statements and accounts quarterly. An independent audit is performed annually. All financial statements and reports are stored in the Calvin Crest office at 45800 Calvin Crest Rd., Oakhurst, CA 93644.
