HOW TO SIGN-UP
1. Your parent/guardian can download, fill out and sign the back of this flyer. DOWNLOAD FLYER
2. Give it to your youth director or church leader with a $25 non-refundable deposit (means you don’t get it back if you don’t show.) Or, mail it with the deposit to:

Dinner will not be provided Friday evening.
