Highlights of AIM

Servant Leadership

AIMers learn what it means to lead through service and embrace sacrifice to show Christ's love to others.

Tight Knit Community

AIMers get to serve, learn, worship, play, and live life together as a small group for almost two weeks, often leading to lifelong friendships.

Intentional Discipleship

Discipleship is at the heart of the AIM program. AIMers experience one and one and small group discipleship though teaching, prayer, and mentorship.

What to Expect

AIM is for students entering 10th grade through college freshman who are committed followers of Jesus Christ and are ready to express their faith through service.

Participants in this program live in an intentional community for almost two weeks, arriving on Sunday afternoon and leaving the following Friday

We provide 36 quality meals, including a full salad bar and drink options at every meal. We can accommodate most dietary restrictions and try our best to offer quality substitutes.

AIMers stay in gender- specific cabins under the supervision of camp staff.

AIM is an intentional discipleship program centered around worship, Bible study, and service in a small group setting. Campers will meet with AIM leadership for mentoring and are assigned to a prayer partner on our camp staff.

Each summer, AIM participates in service projects and serving campers alongside camp staff.

AIMers help run free time activities for other campers and have their own space to enjoy activities and go on adventures. They will have access to the Store and Snack Shack, and they may deposit cash to create a store account at check in. Please note that we cannot keep credit cards on file for store accounts.

We have an on site nurse, as well as 12 hour/day services in Oakhurst. Please note that the camper’s family insurance plan is the primary source of coverage while attending Calvin Crest.

Registration and final payments will be due two weeks prior to the camp start date. A $75 non-refundable deposit is required with registration per camper. All non-refundable deposits are applied toward the total tuition due. Refunds are not guaranteed for cancellations made within two weeks of the camp start date. Campership applications are available below.

AIM Forms

Attending AIM requires a multi-step application process. After initializing the application through our registration portal, students fill out a form describing their qualifications for the program. Applicants will need to solicit a personal reference and find an adult sponsor.

AIM sponsors are a crucial part of the program. A sponsor is a pastor, youth leader, elder, or similar person from the applicant’s church who agrees to meet with the applicant before and after their AIM experience to set goals, and continue spiritual growth in the context of the local church after the camper returns home.

If you have any questions about the application process, please email us at info@calvincrest.com.

2025 Pricing Tiers

Realizing that families have different abilities to pay, Calvin Crest offers a Three-Tier Pricing Program. Individuals who donate to Calvin Crest’s Campership fund make this program possible.

All card transactions will have an added fee of 2.5%. We strongly encourage selecting the ACH payment option when making any payments, which does not add any additional costs to customers.

I

Tier I - $740

This tier most accurately accounts for the true costs of running summer camp sustainably.

II

Tier II - $650

This is our partially subsidized fee for those who can pay an amount closer to the true cost of camp.

III

Tier III - $560

This is our historically subsidized rate and only covers a portion of our costs.

More About Tiered Pricing

You may choose the tier that is most suitable for your family. This is an honor system; you tell us what is affordable for your family. All campers receive the same exact Calvin Crest experience no matter what they choose. For those families that cannot afford Tier 3, additional financial assistance is available through camperships to ensure that all campers have the wonderful opportunity to attend camp. If you feel the financial burden of sending multiple campers to camp or signing up for multiple sessions, you're welcome to use the tiered system to subsidize your overall costs.

Camp Scholarships

Thanks to generous donations from Calvin Crest donors, we are able to offer partial scholarships, or “Camperships,” to those who would otherwise not be able to attend camp. 100% Camperships are not available, but we do encourage you to partner with your local church if you require additional assistance.

Please note, if a camper is attending multiple camp sessions, a Campership can be applied to only one camp session. In 2022, we awarded 91 Camperships totaling $22,661! Don't miss out. Fill out the scholarship application online today!
