Summer staff members have the opportunity to serve guests of all ages, including children, teenagers, and adults.
You can apply for positions that are behind the scenes, like making delicious meals and providing clean and functional facilities, or program positions that serve guests directly and lead them to push their limits on our recreational events.

What It's Like to Work Here...
At Calvin Crest, we love to invest in summer staff and strive to create a staff culture that is fun, safe, and healthy. This summer has the potential to change your life in amazing ways, and we are so excited to spend it with you!
We start each summer season with an orientation week when we will get to know one another, talk about everything related to employment and community living, train for your specific job duties, and prayerfully enter into the season of serving God at Calvin Crest.
Throughout the summer, we connect through bible study, prayer, staff worship, community meals, and lots of play! We work hard, and the days are long, but we guarantee the spiritual growth, friends, and memories you make will last a lifetime!
