Are you looking for an exciting opportunity to invest in the lives of a small group of campers and help them experience transformation?
Every summer, we need 50-60 cabin leaders to hang out with and love on campers and ensure they experience a safe and transformational week of camp. We place two cabin leaders in every cabin of 8-10 campers, so you will partner with another adult to provide care for campers.
Join our team and make an eternal impact while also growing your leadership and relational skills. We will provide all the resources, support, and community you need to be effective as a cabin leader.

Who can become a cabin leader?
Cabin leaders must be at least 18 years old or older, and there is no age limit! College students, twenty-somethings, parents, and grandparents all play an important role in cabin leading. Volunteers must be willing to complete our online mandated reporter training and a California Livescan background screening, of which Calvin Crest will cover the cost.
